Minty Kiwi Smoothie

2 Kiwis

3-4 Mint Leaves

​1/2 a frozen banana

A handful of fresh spinach

1 cup of coconut milk or filtered water. You may also use flax milk, almond milk or your favorite nut milk. 

Mix in Blender and you'll be saying - Wicked Awesome! 

Berries Blast

1 cup Each of Blueberries, Blackberries and Strawberries. 

1 Cup of Coconut Water or Nut Milk (Almond, Flax, Coconut - Vanilla flavored.)

Mix in blender and enjoy!
