2 whole carrots
1 apple
2 cups kale
1/2 inch piece of ginger
1 cup of water
Chop carrots small for your blender unless you use a Vitamix or Nutribullet. Core apple and if using regular blender you may need to peel it, depending on how good a blender you own. Sip and enjoy.
2 kiwis
2 cups romaine or green leaf lettuce
1 frozen banana
4 mint leaves
1/2 cup coconut water
Blend and enjoy sitting outside.
1 cup or pint of raspberries
1 red apple
1 small beet
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of water
Blend. You may want to strain with small strainer, cheesecloth or nut bag if you don't care for the seeds.
2 cups kale
1 large mango
1 frozen banana
1 cup nut milk or coconut water
Blend and enjoy the frothy goodness
